LEMAX is a new mini vacuum pump integrating technologies developed by COVAL for better productivity, efficiency and energy savings. It has a wide range of applications: packaging, robotics, plastics.
For the first time LEMAX integrates technology known as ASC (Air Saving Control). It generates energy savings of between 60% and 97%, depending on the products to be handled. The ASC activates to limit energy consumption at two levels:
• Integrated vacuum regulation: reduction of energy consumption and noise level.
• The ASC analyses the application and adapts itself to the airtight or porous pieces in order to optimize operation and energy consumption.

Air Saving Control (ASC)
AIR SAVING CONTROL (ASC) is an intelligent system that stops the consumption of compressed air as soon as the required level of vacuum is reached, thus avoiding any unnecessary consumption and contributing to savings on the equipment's operating costs.

S version : Vacuum pump controlled by a Normally Closed (NC) solenoid valve
V version : Vacuum pump controlled by a Normally Open (NO) solenoid valve
